1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Coco’s Butter LLC. By accessing, browsing, using, or purchasing products through www.cocosbutter.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or purchase products from Coco’s Butter LLC.

2. Definitions

‘Company’, ‘Coco’s Butter’, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to Coco’s Butter LLC. ‘Website’ refers to www.cocosbutter.com. ‘Customer’, ‘user’, and ‘you’ refer to any person accessing the Website or purchasing products. ‘Products’ refers to all cosmetic, skincare, body care, beard care, personal care, and related products sold by Coco’s Butter LLC.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with Website operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape content, or use the Website in a manner that could damage Coco’s Butter LLC or its customers.

5. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, pricing, ingredient information, and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur. Coco’s Butter LLC reserves the right to correct errors, update information, and modify product offerings without prior notice.

6. Ingredient Information

Coco’s Butter LLC strives to maintain accurate ingredient information. The ingredient list displayed on the applicable product page at the time an order is placed shall be deemed the official, controlling, and most current ingredient declaration for that product. Packaging, labels, product inserts, photographs, advertisements, social media posts, and other materials may occasionally contain outdated information due to formulation updates, packaging revisions, supplier changes, inventory transitions, or printing schedules. In the event of any discrepancy, the ingredient list displayed on the applicable product page shall control. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, dietary, religious, ethical, or other ingredient-related concerns are encouraged to carefully review the website ingredient declaration prior to purchase.

7. Cosmetic Product Disclaimer

Coco’s Butter products are intended for cosmetic use only. Statements made on the Website, product packaging, marketing materials, social media platforms, emails, or other communications have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration unless expressly stated otherwise. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information provided by Coco’s Butter LLC is not medical advice.

8. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in United States Dollars and may change without notice. Coco’s Butter LLC reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service.

9. Order Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product selections, quantities, shipping information, billing information, and all order details before completing checkout. Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final. Orders cannot be modified, changed, edited, or cancelled after submission.

This restriction applies to orders already submitted. It does not prevent you from cancelling future subscription renewals as described below.

9A. Subscriptions and Future Renewals

Subscriptions are optional. When you choose a subscription, your selected products renew automatically at your selected frequency until you cancel. The recurring amount, billing frequency, and next payment date are displayed at checkout and in My Account > Subscriptions. Your payment method is charged for each renewal.

You can suspend, reactivate, or cancel future renewals through My Account > Subscriptions > View. Select Cancel before the next payment date to stop future renewal charges. A subscription may remain marked Pending Cancellation until the current billing period ends; no further renewal payment is scheduled while it is pending cancellation. 10. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Coco’s Butter LLC reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for lawful reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected resale activity, violations of these Terms, or circumstances that may harm the business or its customers.

11. Shipping Destinations

Coco’s Butter LLC ships worldwide. Some countries are restricted and cannot be shipped to; destination eligibility is checked automatically once checkout is initiated, and any restricted country will be flagged at that point. International orders, including those shipped outside the United States, may incur import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier clearance fees, which remain the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in quoted prices.

12. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Coco’s Butter LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, delivery failures, or additional shipping expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any reshipment costs may be charged to the customer.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier. Coco’s Butter LLC shall not be responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, service interruptions, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders shipped to a U.S. address through October 18, 2026. This limited-time offer is valid only for orders placed on or before October 18, 2026. 14. Lost or Stolen Packages

Claims involving lost or stolen packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a claim does not guarantee replacement, refund, credit, or any specific outcome. Customers may be asked to provide supporting information to assist in the review process.

15. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the personal nature of skincare, cosmetic, beard care, body care, and personal care products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Coco’s Butter LLC does not offer returns, exchanges, order cancellations, store credit, or refunds. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information and order details before purchase. If a customer receives a damaged product or an incorrect item due to an error by Coco’s Butter LLC, the customer must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide the order number, photographs of the product, and photographs of the shipping package if requested. Upon verification, Coco’s Butter LLC may provide a replacement product. Refunds will not be issued. Replacement of the affected product shall be the sole remedy available for verified company errors.

16. Product Variations

Many Coco’s Butter products contain naturally derived ingredients including botanical extracts, plant oils, butters, waxes, clays, seeds, and naturally sourced materials. Product color, scent, texture, consistency, viscosity, and appearance may vary from batch to batch. Such variations are normal, expected, and do not affect quality, safety, or intended performance. These variations do not constitute defects and do not qualify a product for replacement, return, exchange, credit, or refund.

17. Small-Batch Production

Many products are manufactured in small batches to help maintain quality and freshness. Minor variations between production batches are normal and expected and shall not be considered defects.

18. Temperature and Storage Disclaimer

Certain products, including but not limited to body butters, balms, scrubs, and oil-based products, may soften, melt, harden, become grainy, or otherwise change texture when exposed to temperature fluctuations during shipping, storage, delivery, or use. These changes are cosmetic in nature and do not affect product quality, safety, or intended performance. Such changes do not qualify products for replacement, return, exchange, credit, or refund.

19. Ingredient Review, Allergies, and Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchase and use. Coco’s Butter LLC cannot guarantee that any product will be suitable for every individual and shall not be responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, intolerances, or adverse responses resulting from product use.

20. Patch Testing

Patch testing is recommended before first use of any product. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.

21. Product Use and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with instructions, warnings, and recommendations. Coco’s Butter LLC shall not be responsible for injury, irritation, loss, damage, or adverse outcomes resulting from improper use, improper storage, modification, dilution, alteration, misuse, or use beyond intended purposes.

22. Product Photography and Marketing Materials

Photographs, videos, graphics, and marketing materials are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance, color, texture, fill level, packaging, labeling, and presentation may vary.

23. Unauthorized Resale

Products purchased from Coco’s Butter LLC may not be resold, repackaged, relabeled, redistributed, altered, or represented as products of another business without prior written authorization.

24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Coco’s Butter LLC regarding order concerns before initiating a chargeback. Coco’s Butter LLC reserves the right to contest inaccurate, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks and may provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other supporting documentation.

25. Individual Results Disclaimer

Results from cosmetic and personal care products vary from person to person. Testimonials, reviews, photographs, and marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific results.

26. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, trade names, product names, text, graphics, images, videos, packaging designs, website content, and other proprietary materials are the exclusive property of Coco’s Butter LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used without prior written permission.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coco’s Butter LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Website or products. In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Coco’s Butter LLC shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

28. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coco’s Butter LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees arising from your use of the Website, purchase or use of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

29. Force Majeure

Coco’s Butter LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, floods, fires, power outages, supply chain disruptions, carrier interruptions, government actions, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

30. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.

31. Privacy

Use of the Website is also governed by the Coco’s Butter Privacy Policy.

32. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Coco’s Butter LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Website.
