How does it work?
Enter your name and email to create your personal link. Share it with a friend who is new to Coco’s Butter. Their $15 discount applies automatically to a qualifying first order of $60 or more, before shipping and tax. Existing issued offers retain the minimum shown when issued.
When do I receive my reward?
We’ll email your $15 reward after your friend’s first qualifying order is completed. Use it on your next order with the same email address. Your reward expires 30 days after it is issued.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes. There is no limit to the friends you can invite. Each new friend’s qualifying purchase earns a separate $15 reward. Use one reward per order.
Can I combine rewards or discount codes?
Referral rewards cannot be combined with each other or with other discount codes. If your friend uses another discount on a qualifying first order through your link, you still receive your $15 reward.
What if my friend cancels their order?
If the order is canceled before it is fulfilled, no referral reward is issued. Unused rewards tied to fully refunded orders are withdrawn.
Who can use a friend’s offer?
The offer is for new customers who have not already signed up or placed an order. You cannot refer yourself. A first qualifying purchase can earn only one referral reward.

How do I join?
Create a Coco’s Butter account to join and receive 50 welcome points. Already have an account? Sign in to My Rewards to see your points and available rewards.
How will I earn points?
Coco’s Ritual Rewards awards 50 welcome points, 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases and 100 birthday points. Members with an active Subscribe & Save subscription earn purchase points on their first subscription order and recurring deliveries.
Eligible Instagram, TikTok and Facebook profile visits through your rewards account earn 5 points per profile, once. An approved, verified written review of a purchased product earns 10 points once per customer and product, regardless of rating.
Purchase points are added after your order is completed and rounded down per product.
Where can I check and use my rewards?
Sign in to My Rewards to see your points balance. Select Redeem Points, choose an available reward, and use the issued discount code on an eligible purchase.
The rewards are $5 off for 100 points, $10 off for 200 points, $15 off for 300 points and $25 off for 500 points, toward eligible purchases. Available rewards and their conditions are shown in your account.
Which purchases and offers will qualify?
Coco’s Ritual Rewards members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible one-time purchases and Subscribe & Save orders, including their first subscription order and recurring deliveries. Complimentary U.S. shipping on subscription deliveries is reserved for Coco’s Ritual Rewards members with an active Subscribe & Save subscription. Points are earned on eligible orders completed while you are a member.

How do referral rewards work?
Our current Refer a Friend program gives a new customer $15 off their first order of $60 or more, before shipping and tax. Members receive 300 points, worth $15 in rewards, after their friend’s qualifying first order is completed. One reward can be used per order, and referral rewards cannot be combined with each other or with other discount codes. Existing issued offers retain their original minimum.
Do rewards expire, and how do returns affect them?
Points currently have no expiry date. Contact us if you need help with points associated with a canceled or returned order.
Current referral offers and rewards are valid for 30 days from issue. An order canceled before fulfillment does not earn a referral reward. Unused referral rewards linked to fully refunded orders are withdrawn.
