Shipping & Returns
Orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Once the orders are shipped, an email is sent to the customer with a traceable shipping number, so that the customer knows exactly when to expect their product.
Note: Please Notice that each product has its own shipping fee.
If buying in bulk, or a large quantity, please email us. We may be able to give you a discounted shipping quote.
Although we strive for a 100% customer satisfaction, we understand that we are still human. As noted in our mission statement, our customers are a major part of our success. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our product, Please reach out to us so that we may try to address your concern.
However, if we are unable to find an adequate solution to your concerns, Coco's Butter is dedicated to bring you a unique shopping experience from start to finish. Due to the nature of our products (Personal care products), we do not accept returns unless any of below requirements applies:
- order placed by mistake. Can be returned unused, unopened and in it's original packaging for a full refund.
- Order sent to the wrong address due to a mistake on our part
Time limit on returns:
Due to the nature of some of our products they must be returned to us as soon as possible, within 7 days of delivery date confirmed by a delivery tracking number in order to receive a refund.
Returning free products/gift with purchase:
You may keep any free gift with purchase that you received as a part of your order
Return Package shipping fee:
All return shipping fees are the responsibilities of the customer except when there is a mistake on our part. These fees will not be reimbursed by Coco's Butter.
Returning your Coco's Butter order:
- Send us an email at email@example.com and let us know about your intent to return.
- Ensure your product is unopened, and any safety seal is unbroken (We require this due to the nature of our products)
- Expect a response and acknowledgement email from us about your return intention
- Package your items and ship, Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS, FEDEX, or the U.S.P.S)
- Send the tracking number to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will issue the refund to the original method of payment
Note: Refund will not be issued for Items that are received in damaged condition, or were opened, or have broken safety seals.
We understand the excitement about placing your order with us! But please, before clicking on the final "checkout" button, we advise our customers to always verify their shipping and mailing addresses and ensure that they are accurate.
- a replacement product will not be issued to an order sent to a wrong mailing address provided by a customer
- A product damaged in transit due to a postal carrier's mishandling will be investigated and appropriate measures will be taken.
